Amnesty Bill Defeated!!
Today was a victory for the anti-amnesty folks! The Senate was unable to obtain the 60 votes they needed for cloture on the bill. The final tally was 46 YEAS, 53 NAYS. Michelle Malkin has the tally:
At least these 53 were in touch with the American people. Only our great Senators can turn a bill like this into a fight between the American people and the American government. Wake up, guys!!!
