California Lawmaker Still Trying to Ban Spanking

Unlike the AP, who titled their article “Lawmaker Drops Effort to Ban Spanking,” I still say she is trying to ban spanking.

New Black Market: Lightbulbs?

Reuters is reporting that California may ban conventional lightbulbs by 2012. I can see it now – a huge black market and smuggling lightbulbs into California.
